There are multiple different surrogacy agencies, lawyers and IVF clinics around the world but particularly in the US as well as support networks that I have come across.  I have personally spoken with the owners or the key professionals of many of these organisations and we all share the same ethos. 

We all believe that transparency about the process (as well as full disclosure surrounding the costs involved) as well as providing prospective parents with all of the information that they need in order to make informed decisions is paramount to a successful journey to parenthood.
